This year i was approved to participate as mentor on 2 projects on Joomla! Student Outreach Program (or JSOP), those projects are MediaGalleries (a native Media Galleries Suite of extensions) and JCamp (Virtual Project collaborations tool for Joomla!). Mentoring those projects is my first real life experience with Project Management, And here i would like to share a bit of this experience.

Why the pomodoro technique rocks?

This week I've began to apply a technique called Pomodoro (http://www.pomodorotechnique.com/) to manage myself. Here i will share my opinion about why it is so effective. The pomodoro book is free and short, less than 40 pages, with an out-of-the-box solution to manage your life that works indead. And it can be freely downloaded from the official site.
